Cotter Enterprises is Hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician Near Enterprise, AL
Responsible for the overall maintenance of the grounds and apartment community. Refurbishing of apartments (repairs, maintenance and painting, etc.) prior to resident occupancy. Grounds work. Perform light electrical repairs, HVAC CERTIFIED, plumbing work and carpentry work. Perform light maintenance on appliances. Keep accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, work orders, refurbishing, quarterly inspections and inventories. Handle emergency after-hours emergency calls. Pay depending on experience. Serious inquiries only. Must have at least 2 years experience.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
